Eine Kapsel reicht mir am abend um gut schlafen zu können. Toll finde ich, dass die Inhaltsstoffe rein pflanzlich sind und ohne zusätzliche Füllstoffe wie bei den meisten anderen Produkten welche man so im Internet findet.
