Viel nehme ich leider nicht von den Kapseln ab. Ich werde mal das Bellex versuchen vielleicht habe ich damit mehr Erfolg.
Ich wußte gar nicht, daß es Appetitzügler gibt die auf pflanzlicher Basis so gut wirken und nicht gesundheitsschädlich sind. Ich habe in den letzten 4 Wochen 3 Kilo abgenommen ohne mich groß anzustrengen oder auf bestimmte Lebensmittel zu verzichten. Ich esse halt von allem ein bißchen weniger und bekomme keinen Heißhunger auf Süsses. Toll wenn das so weitergeht.
Von den Tumex Pillen nehme ich Mittags vor dem Essen eine, esse dadurch erheblich weniger und Abends nehme ich 2 Kapseln, habe dadurch kein Verlangen mehr auf Pizza, Chips und Schoko. Trinke viel Wasser dabei und bin satt, für mich viel besser als die ganzen Diäten mit JOJO Effekt.
Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass Kräuterkapseln so ein Sättigungsgefühl erzeugen können und ich nur noch die Hälfte einer normalen Mahlzeit schaffe. Wenn das so weitergeht habe ich mein Ziel schnell erreicht.
Hätte nie gedacht, dass pflanzliche Mittel so gut helfen den Heißhunger zu wiederstehen. Plus dadurch noch etwas an Gewicht verloren und jetzt empfehle ich die jedem, der nur daran denkt, welche zu nehmen. ;-)
