Turmeric Coffee Latte Recipe

A favorite coffee recipe that we definitely have to share. Quick to prepare and incredibly tasty.
Ingredients:
40 ml of freshly prepared coffee cream or a capsule of espresso coffee
250 ml whole milk, almond or rice milk
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cinnamon
To taste: ½ teaspoon grated ginger, a pinch of cardamom, pepper, nutmeg
Preparation:
- Heat coconut oil in a pot until it begins to melt.
- Add grated ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper and nutmeg and stir.
- Add the milk while stirring and let it simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
- Froth with a hand mixer or a milk frother.
- Pour the whole thing into a cup and add coffee.
Tip: Sweeten with agave syrup, date syrup or honey if desired.
